Numeracy

To supplement our maths programme the students in room 14 will be using Mathletics. Each student has their own login and password. Below is a 'Parent Registration' notice you may find useful.

Term 1, 2009

During the first part of term one we will be focusing on Whole Number. I will gradually add useful sites below that you may access at home to reinforce your learning.

Term 2, 2009

Our first area of focus will be Decimals (Number), followed by Metric Measurement (Measurement) and then Probability (Statistics)

Term 3, 2009

This term will begin with Fractions & Percentage (Number) and then Algebra (Algebra).

Term 4, 2009

We will finish the year by doing units on Area & Volume (Measurement), then 2 & 3D Shapes (Geometry) and finally Graphing (Statistics).
